As per the report, Oppo is gearing up to unveil the Reno 9 series of phones in China on November 24 at 2:30 PM. The upcoming device is expected to launch pre-installed Android 13-based ColorOS 13 OS. Meanwhile, the stable version of the ColorOS 13 has officially been released for the Reno 8 5G smartphone users.
While the firmware is already available for the OPPO to Find X5 series and other eligible smartphone users like Oppo F21 Pro 5G, Find X3 Pro, K10 5G, and A77 5G as of now. Now, users of the Reno 8 5G can determine the Android 13-based ColorOS 13 update via the ColorOS build number ending C.13.
The ColorOS 13 update for Reno 8 5g is currently available in India, but if you haven’t seen it yet, it may take a few days to reach your smartphone as the update is rolling out in batches. Note, if you want to get this software update, make sure that your device supports ColorOS 12 A.17 required version.
The Android 13-based ColorOS 13 brings several new features and improvements over ColorOS 12 to give a fresh and classy look to the OPPO UI. With this update, the company has redesigned its system UI and brought more personalization functions to deliver the most refined, smooth and intuitive user interface.
Talking ColorOS 13 includes many new features, including a new design philosophy and Aquamorphic Design theme colors, vibrant theme colors, optimized task management tools, enhanced security and privacy, a new Always-on display style, refined visual effects and more.
How To Apply:
- To apply the ColorOS 13 official update on your device
- go to Settings > Click on About device > Tap on the Official version of the page > Tap on the icon at the top right.
- From here, tap on Beta Program, click on Official, fill in all required details and click on Apply Now.
